We offer a variety of metal fabrication services.
CNC Cutting / Laser Cutting
Our Mazak 510 Super Turbo 4000W CO2 laser paired with Radan nesting software, allows us to cut complex parts and blanks quickly and accurately.
As a back up for small run simple parts and blanks we also have a 10' shear.
CNC Punching
The laser is not always the answer, using our Amada 30 ton turret we are able to deliver budget friendly, accurately punched sheet metal parts to our customers.
Forming/Bending
We currently run 12' 100 Ton Accurpress and a 35 Ton 6' press brake allowing us to form sheet metal parts large and small in a variety of metal gauges.

Machining
We currently operate several Lagun FTV-2's, a Clausing 15" Lathe, a Maxturn 800 Lathe and a brand new Trak Machining Center with a 50" table and and tool changer capable of holding 20 precision tools.
Welding
With 2 Lincoln Mig Welders, 2 Millermatic 200's, a Dynasty 200, and a Syncrowave 300, we have the capability to weld a wide variety of materials from stainless to aluminum.
Saw Cutting
Here at TL we process a lot of tube every year. We currently run a horizontal band saw capable of cutting up to 10" and a vertical band saw with a new cold saw capable of mitering up to 30 deg coming soon.
Finish
We also offer in-house grinding, deburring, finishing as well as stainless steel passivation.
